Error 500 could have been something trancient. Keep an eye on it and let me
know if something goes wrong.

As far as the type-of-address:

This is Jeff's topic, but if I am not mistaken, short numbers are set as
local, whereas 10-digit numbers (or with 00, or with +) are set as
international.
