This flag is there for marking a Mobile Targeted (MT) message that it should be traced in a special way (i.e. the HTTP GET method returns an identifier), because the mobile end-user might answer the incoming SMS, which will be considered as a Mobile Originated (MO) message, and the Clickatell platform notifies you with the initial identifier, and thus provides a link with the orginal MT message. But, maybe I missed something...
