I am sorry, I just realized that you are talking about the call notification. Although you wrote it on the title as well, I thought that you were talking about the sms notification... :(
Ok, you have an error on your log. The CLIP command is not accepted by your phone. So, your phone reports RING when you call it, but it never reports the CALLER ID (with the CLIP response). SMSLib expects a CLIP response.
