The NumberPoolRouter has been designed to route messages to specific
gateways, according to the actual recipient numbers.
For example, you could set the NumberPoolRouter to route recipients
starting with "+30" to gateway A and recipients starting with "+49" to
gateway B.

If you enable the NumberPoolRouter without assigning numbers and
gateway associations, every message will fail - that's why its
remarked by default.
