Thanks for your suggestion, I tried to run CommTest, I found COM3 & COM4, forgeted for prior problem because gateway now detected without known the reason. I am still facing with other problem. it is fail to send message event if inbound and outbound in configuration file are yes, there message CMS Error 500, have you idea ?
