Hi,

Since you get a timeout on the CMGL (i.e. LIST) command, I guess that you
are hitting some of incompatibility. Have you tried with lower baud rates? I
don't think it will be fixed, but its pretty easy to try it.

The number in the com open statement is just a unique id. And yes, you
assumption is correct :)
