If one cannot customize the sender name in a sms, I dont see why use smslib/server with a gsm modem or phone ? I tried OutboundMessage.setFrom(), and as per the doc, this is not supported for modems/phones. So as a business, it only makes sense to use a bulk sms operator. Anybody worked around this issue ?
