Hi there,
I've been using the SMSLib for my development. Recently I've been
getting this error inconsistently. Sometimes I can send messages with
no problem and sometimes I get this error.

I looked it up on the net and seemed like a driver problem. Does
anybody know how to fix it please?? Thanks in advanced!

just want to thank those who've contributed.

SMSLib- v.3.4.2. (downloaded from
http://smslib.org/download/osgi/smslib-3.4.2.jar,
which doesn't seem to be there anymore...)
JavaComm - v 2.0.1 (from
http://www.knopflerfish.org/releases/current/docs/jars/comm-win32/comm-win32_all-2.0.1.html)
OS: Windows Vista
OSGi Framework: Apache Felix - v.1.8.0
