Ok, i make a question, but no answer and according to rule

i start this one.

The thing is i just installed for windows (even if i dont know if this
going to be a dead-end) the guide i used is:

http://code.google.com/p/smslib/wiki/Installation

i runned the black box in shell using the javaBlackBox, works fine.

The questions comes when i try to use the ReadMessage with NetBeans, i
searched and looks like this got to be with the installation of the 3
files of java comm, but i dont seem to find a specific guide to make
it with NB, and when i try to run i get this beatiful message:

run:
Example: Read messages from a serial gsm modem.
SMSLib: A Java API library for sending and receiving SMS via a GSM
modem or other supported gateways.
This software is distributed under the terms of the Apache v2.0
License.
Web Site: http://smslib.org
Version: 3.4.3
java.lang.NullPointerException
        at examples.modem.ReadMessages.doIt(ReadMessages.java:137)
        at examples.modem.ReadMessages.main(ReadMessages.java:183)
BUILD SUCCESSFUL (total time: 0 seconds)

BTW, im using windows XP, im using the installation of NB+JDK
jdk-6u16-nb-6_7_1-windows-ml.exe

I know 99.99% is cause the bad installation of java comm, but to bwe
honest if i can run BlackBox, and i have followed the instructions
from the wiki page, there shouldnt be a reason for it dont running in
NB, so wheres a solution, i have been doing googe Engi. for hours at
least wheres the guide to make it work in NB... :d thanks
