Dear Thanasis and nxn, I'm sure the message did not reach the recipient. The recipients (3 numbers in this case) who failed to receive messages use the same network provider (Telkomsel, Indonesia). But many recipients numbers who also use Telkomsel do not have any problems. I also send SMS using Telkomsel SIM card.
Now, I've turned off the status report to make the message sent successfully. anyway, thank u for your reply...
