Then I suggest 2 things: 1) check the device is correct using the dmesg command just after connect the phone. In the examples posted by you, you are using /dev/ USB1 and not /dev/USB0. If doesn't match, correct it and try aagin. 2) check the phone configuration. In the phone go to Configuration > Conectivity > USB > and check Phone as Modem.
