Hi all, I've noticed that some modems (notably Motorolas) and some internet- based SMS aggregators do not always handle UCS2, binary or multipart messages. Are the different Gateways aware of their abilities to send different types of messages? If so, do e.g. binary messages only get dispatched to Gateways who can definitely send them?
