OK, here is the answer.... JavaComm v3 was the problem! When NO_FLUSH == true port just waits and nothing happens until auto- restarted RTSCTS_OUT didn't help either, both alone or together with no_flush
So I've switched to RxTx, change the no_flush to TRUE, and serail_poling to TRUE. After that it starts working!!! Thank you!!!! Just one little thing: when poling is true, there is a log message 'Ready...' on each poling. and that is few times per seconds => log becomes huge and unreadable.
