This is the default behaviour. If you *don't* delete the messages you've
alread processed, the same messages will come back again and again.

I don't see anything strange in the log...

Have you done the following experiment?
Run ReadMessages and let it running. After the example displays all messages
for the first time, send a new message to the phone. You should see a new
message dump.
