Hi Thanasis, I just fix the problem. Looks like something is really
wrong with my modem, just like you said.
Fortunately my brother has the same modem type (huawei E160) so I
tried the example program using his modem and it works well. Now I can
send and receive messages. My guess is maybe the signal is somehow
messed up.
Because from the log I can see the modem was looking for available
network many times but couldn't find it.
I don't know if there will be any problem like this next time (so far
is no error).
