Hi. If you mean to be able of process messages while you are sending, sure, you can, please read how to use the callback methods here:
http://smslib.org/doc/smslib/callback-methods/ you can define your call back methods that will do the job, no matter when the sms is receive or send. You have some Service instance somewhere, use it to send your sms, and for the sms that you receive, the callback method will do the processing job. I hope this help to you. Regards. Marcos.
