1) Most of the smart phones work in Unicode mode, so every message with >70 chars will be sent as unicode. Judging fro the PDUs, this is probably your case. 2) You don't actually need to do something to get the "big" message - SMSLib will reconstruct the message as long as all parts are received. You don't have to do anything special.
