Greetings, I've successfully set up SMSLib.
When sending with smslib there are no errors and no faults, but they are not always received by the recipient. For now, there is only 1 person (out of a total of 7 that I tried) who can receive my messages. Is it possible there are restrictions caused by certain providers/smscentrals or hdspa dongles? I can't seem to find anything on this. Would be great if anyone had some insight into this.
