Well, SMSServer does not support this, so you have to "hard-wire" it...
Edit org.smslib.smsserver.SMSServer and locate line:
gtw.create();
in LoadConfiguration() method.
After this line, add:
((ModemGateway) gtw.getGateway()).getATHandler().setStorageLocations("SM");
Rebuild and run...
