I've been while out of Java into C++ and SMS Project have turned me back (I
cannot find Solid C/C++ library for that).
So I need someone to help me with Two Questions:

1. Installing Only Send/Receive Part
Docs says:
Starting from SMSLib v3.4, the installation procedure has changed a bit.
Some SMSServer components that required extra dependencies have been *pulled
out* of the main source tree. This was done in order to reduce the required
third party libraries & dependency files for those wanting to use the core
library.

Now what does core library compose of? Any link explaining that?

2. Installing to my Dev Environment
Docs says some files will go to JDKDIR/jre/lib/ et al.
Do I need to drop these files in Java installation of the User?
If Yes is there a way for installer (like InnoSetup) to detect JRE folder?

Thanks and sorry if the questions are answered somewhere.
S.
