Anda bisa memakai smpp simulator ( cari di www.smpp.org ); tapi kelemahannya itu hanya sekedar simulator saja, anda tidak bisa send / receive via HP.
Jika anda ingin bisa send / receive langsung dari HP, koneksi SMPP tsb bisa dilakukan dengan koneksi langsung ke SMSC operator ( perlu kenalan sangat baik biar bisa konek kesini nih...hehehehe ).
