Hi all We have this week received details of the stand kindly allocated to us (free of charge) by the Expo Organisers. It is Stand 660 and is in the back right-hand corner of the National Hall at Olympia. It is very big - 11m x 4m (unless they sell some of the space to paying punters in the meantime) and I have therefore asked that part of it be panelled off to give a private meeting place for MUG Leaders to meet and chat. We will once more require the services of as many of your members as can spare the time to man two hour shifts throughout the period of the show, so could you all please publicise this call for volunteers and ask them to contact me, with details of the shifts they are prepared to man. They are 10-12, 12-2, 2-4 & 4-6 on Thursday October 23rd and Friday 24th, and the same on Saturday 25th except that the last hour or so of the last shift will be spent in dismantling the stand bits (not many) and taking them out to a members¹ car. Looking forward to a good response and to seeing you all at Olympia.
