Hi Philippe, Re-download the installer for it from their website; in the DMG it has an uninstaller with it. BUT BEFORE YOU DO THIS:
The windows OS is saved within Documents/Parallels. I would advice just burning this onto a disk should you find that you do need Windows for something!
