I can't see any options to send yourself a copy of your posting if doing it by email. I suppose you could set up a rule to always copy yourself in when addressing a message to group email address.
I've just logged into the group via the web. Once I've sent this email, I'll send a message on this thread from the web and see what happens, then post again (by email as usual) to let you know if I get a copy.
