Macspeech Dictate but that will require training for the voice - 
you would have to repeat what was said after training it.

not cheap and not really what you want.

transcription is hard work! I did some for a while and wrote 
some QT scripts that let me rewind 10 seconds (and I can type 50 wpm).

pay someone who can do 60 wpm! I might know someone if you are 
interested (PhD student, always short of money...she does 70 wpm)
