Hi Experts,
I hope to be upgrading my G5 17" (Non eye sight) iMac to a new 20"
model soon.
However, the G5 would like to go to a good home. (I was thinking of
donating it to my old school)
but as it has been used for internet banking, how does one eliminate
this info from the hard disk?
I have heard that you can erase your hard disk by using Disk Utility,
but, is it secure?
Any info to make sure hard disk info is not passed on to future
recipients would be most welcome.
Particularly as I am a non tech, grumpy old buffer whose expertise
does not exceed copy and paste. (mostly).
Peter
