Hi Andrew from another Andrew... Drop all your desired files into a fresh "playlist". You should see a button on the bottom right of the window now that says "burn CD" or something like this. iTunes should burn all those files to a disc.
Don't forget to check the burn settings in preferences to make sure that you have the kind of CD that you want (gap times, burn speed etc). Is this helpful?
