Hi Gillian,
Well it's either your mail server or her mail server looking at it and
thinking it's spam - either there's something wrong with the configuration
somewhere, or she's just sending emails that look dodgy to a spam filter -
perhaps she's using HTML mail, interesting fonts/colours, inserting images?
