Perhaps there's a small piece of crud underneath the key which is preventing it from contacting properly - does the key feel right when you press it, or does it seem to resist more than your other keys? If it's a standalone keyboard, you could try shaking it around upside down, blowing in it, as a last resort take it apart e.g. as in http://theminiblog.co.uk/archives/2006/11/16/how-to-cleaning-the-apple-keyboard/
