HI Phil Best thing to do is set your Parallels virtual machine to use bridged networking (in the virtual machine settings under networking). This will mean the XP installation will appear to the router as a separate network device, rather than share your mac's existing network connection via network address translation.
Once this is set up, install this : http://support.apple.com/downloads/Bonjour_for_Windows and that should let your PC find the printer being shared from the Time Capsule, as long as the drivers are installed.
