Derek, It's 99 x 210mm (landscape) 20 pages (including front and back covers) and CMYK (with photos). Initial volume is 1000 with the possibility of more to come. The front and back cover need to be on thicker stock than the inside pages. It needs to have the "feel" of a cheque book or book of vouchers. The complication is that some of the right hand inside pages in each book need to be mail-merged with some unique information (a name and a reference number).
The end client says they would be happy to mail-merge and print the specific info on each internal sheet in-house and then collate and staple the books, but I'm sure there's a better way of doing it than that. Any thoughts?
