For interactive e-cards I use BlueMountain.com. You have to pay for an  
annual subscription for most of the cards (about £10 a year).

They also have a service where you can make your own cards for  
printing, but I'm not sure whether it works on Macs.

I make lots of my own cards for printing by using a software package  
called Mackiev The Print Shop 2 (currently £29.99) on Amazon. Card  
making (also calendars/labels/banners/gift tags etc.,   etc.) is  
really easy with this. Lots of templates and clipart.
