Hi Howard

There's no guarantee that IE/Mac would be able to access the site, if
it uses Windows-only things like VBScript, ActiveX controls etc, and
as the rendering engine used in IE/Mac was different to the on in
IE/Windows so there's no guarantee it would even look right.

You can download it to give it a try, not from Microsoft though -
http://mac.oldapps.com/internet_explorer.php and others have it.
