Yes but they have the genius bar for solving problems. That is the  
real plus for me. I will always prefer Cancom if possible, They are  
cheaper to start, though sometimes you can only get things at Apple  
then it is when it is useful. For the new buyers they will see that  
Apple are here to stay and that will encourage sales all around.
