You need to set up a folder on the email account on your computer (you don't say which email software you use, so I cant be more specific...but it is very straightforward on Mac Mail). Assuming you have your email account set up to sync with your email account, the next sync will reveal the newly added folder. You can then move the message to the folder using the '+' icon you find at the botttom of the screen when you open the message.
