Hi Keith I've just tested it without success in several applications: iTunes, Sound Booth, Wire Tap Studio (even Snapz Pro doesn't make the camera sound when it captures a screen shot!). Earphones don't work either. I guess it's going to have to go to an Apple repair shop.
