This program (not produced by the BBC!!!), link below, works well for most
programmes on the Mac. Unfortunately some will not download, and no reason
is given, but it is worth a try and it is free.
I don't think it is something the BBC approve of, but why should they worry
when you can record programmes off air with a DVD recorder in much higher
quality?
