I have been using 1Password and dropbox for some months now and it is
very good. The only problem is a very slight lag in the two machines
seeing the same files. I have used it primarily for log in passwords
which is excellent. The fact that it can be used with an iPod touch
and iPhone is a good plus for many. It can also store serial numbers.
