you can return them within a couple of weeks or so even if they're not faulty. So yes. act quick -- I can't remember what the cooling off period is (for some reason 11 days comes to mind). Are they giving you grief? Just keep saying 'no way, this is faulty virtually new, I want a replacement.' if they won't ask for a manager.
