Sam, That could be something to do with it.. when I go on sky webmail, my sent items are in my inbox..and my previous incoming mail can't be seen anywhere. I naturally looked for them in the sent box. So I can't delete it that way either.
The technie at Sky didn't seem to understand it..and they have not contacted me back as they said they would.. I'll have to keep at'em. Any other ideas?
