Two are: If it isn't working, check it's connected (eg turned on, leads plugged in, preferences set) If you think it should do something, and it doesn't, try holding down the shirt (or alt, or command, or control) key Trying these might help with a number of problems (such as the recent itunes window size) that pop up from time to time.
