I had the same problem when we went to live in France and then when we returned to UK a few months ago. In fact I didn't open a new account. I think all I did (on Sam's advice) was to go to the bottom of the page on the iTunes Store and under "manage" I selected "change country" and that fixed it. But you may need to change your credit card ....

Good luck!
Derek

You can browse but you can't buy. It just comes up with a dialogue box telling me that my account is only valid for purchases in the UK. The only option if to click ok which takes me back to the UK store.

I think Sam is right and the only way is to open a different account.

Thanks for the advice
Philippe

is'nt there a way of changing so you can browse (and buy) from the UK one somewhere near the bottom of the page?
