I have been trying to upload some photos onto Photobox, but all my old photos 
are still in the Upload frame and refuse to be cleared or deleted. Photobox 
Customer Services give the following advice:

1. Clear your temporary internet files, cookies and cache. This can be done via 
tools, under internet options in your internet browser.
2. Refresh your browser and try again.

Please excuse my ignorance, but how do I clear "temporary internet files" and 
cookies? (I know how to clear the cache). It would add to my education to know 
this, but actually I am now going to use Dropbox instead!
