Andrew What a coincidence - I have the same problem with my HP 2410 Printer fax copier. I am sure It used to give me the levels when I was running an earlier version of OSX (10.6.2 now). I have downloaded the latest version of the driver software but still nothing. I too would like to know if anyone has any thoughts on this
