Yes, replaced Ram about 2 months ago, upgraded by Cancom.

No warranty on the MacBook but HD replaced as well last year when these problems began.

Started in Single user mode and saw kernel panic listed in the debug with reference to apple drivers(?).

Took a screen shot on my phone if it helps....
