Months ago my wife attemped to print out an online bank statement but
it would not print. Intermittently this bank statement appears in the
printer queue and will not print, allow other items in the queue to
print and - whatever she does - it refuses to be deleted. What is even
more mysterious is that for weeks at a time it disappears, the printer
works properly and all is fine.
Yesterday she disconencted the printer (an HP Colour Inkjet 6840), and
took the iMac into another room (because I was selfishly using my
laptop). When she returned the computer to the study and plugged in
the printer, it refused to print and the b****y bank statement had
materialised like the Tardis.
Any suggestions gratefully received.
