Hello, You could try with googles DNS before contacting your ISP Googles primary and secondary public DNS's are: 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4
If this doesn't help, I would try to use back to my mac via your computer to another location for an example you take your computers to your friends house or something, and try to back to my mac from there.
