You should be able to do a straight upgrade - but you probably don't want
to! Jailbreak won't be out for it for a short while probably, and you can
do almost all of what iOS 4 can do now with a jailbroken iOS 3, including
multitasking, which you can't do without JB on a 3G anyway!
