Thanks very much Mark - that looks promising.

I have to say that having rebooted my iPod touch now for the 3rd time, things 
have certainly improved overall but individual apps can still suddenly appear 
unresponsive - OmniFocus especially and that's V1.7. I'm keeping and eye on 
things ....
