Hello, i guess you know by now, but i just downloaded the new vers of skype for
iphone4 (in fact i have the itouch), and it certainly exhibits signs of
multitasking, in fact i don't seem to be able to switch it off without logging
out. I wonder if it uses huge processing power, ie will it affect other
applications?

Thanks

Adrian

Doesn't look like the current version supports iOS 4 multitasking

Hi,

Does any one know if Skype really does

Multitask in iOS 4?

I'm trying to use it to make and, more importantly, receive calls using Skype.

I have doubts as to whether or not the app works in the background. Every time
I double click on the home button and select Skype it starts up and logs in
again.

Do I need to do something else or is it just a matter of waiting for the next
version?

Cheers

Philippe
